Exhibition Stand Options and Prices

Stands are available as either space only sites or as a complete shell scheme package. By booking a shell scheme you will receive as part of the complete package: hard walled shell scheme, fascia name board, carpet, lighting, power point, booth cleaning and unlimited promotional materials.

How to book your stand

Step 1. Choose your exhibitor package

Space only
Exhibitors are free to make their own stand construction and design arrangements, subject to the approval of the Organiser.
£366 per m² (minimum size 36 m²)

Shell Scheme
This packaged stand includes:

• Hard walled shell scheme panels, carpet, lighting, power point, company name fascia
• Booth cleaning
• Unlimited promotional material available from the Organisers for you to use as you wish.
• The full support of the Coatings Group, professional and experienced exhibition organisers.
£435 per m²

Please add:
10% for corner sites
15% for multi-storey stands

Step 2. Choose your stand position

View the latest floorplan and select several stand numbers that fulfil your requirements. Remember – the floorplan is constantly changing with new bookings, so it is always best to talk through your options with a member of our sales team.

Step 3. Make your booking

To make your chosen stand position unavailable to other companies we will need a signed contract from you. Download the contract form.
